J-ENG Exhibition at Bari Ship 2019

Japan Engine Corporation (J-ENG) will be exhibiting at “Bari Ship2019” , the maritime
exhibition held at Imabari, Ehime Prefecture from May 23 to 25,2019.

J-ENG has completed the first MGO mono-fuel engine, “5UEC50LSJ-EGR”, as Eco friendly products subsidized by The Nippon Foundation, in December 2018. The UEC50LSJ engine has the latest design to comply with all of environmental regulations, NOx, SOx, and EEDI, under the concept of JUMP (J-ENG, Unique, Marine, Power).

In the exhibition booth (No.B-17), you can experience VR (Virtual reality) contents showing UEC50LSJ engine with 360 degree field of view. In addition, NOx control technologies such as LP-EGR, and LP-SCR, and the latest portfolio of Japanese designed marine diesel engine “UE” with low fuel oil consumption will be displayed using panels and video for easy understanding.
