Signing Ceremony at HHI-EMD, Ulsan

Japan Engine Corporation (hereafter J-ENG) held a signing ceremony for the renewal of the license agreement of the UE engines between Hyundai Heavy Industries Engine & Machinery (hereafter HHI-EMD) in Korea.

HHI-EMD is a world’s leading manufacturer of low speed 2-stroke main engines and signed its first license agreement of UE engines in 1984.
HHI-EMD highly appreciates the compactness, high performance, high economic efficiency, and environment-friendliness of the UE engines, which led to the renewal of the license agreement this time.

With this renewal of the license agreement, J-ENG, as the only licensor in the world with an integrated and organized system from development to design, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service, will continue to maintain more good relationships with HHI-EMD and aim to expand UE market share.
